to return an item, we’re here to help.

 

OUR POLICY

It is Supernova Tech Inc’s policy to provide its customers with reusable equipment that meets customer expectations through complete disclosure of any defects, cosmetic or operational, prior to sale.

We are pleased to offer our valued customers a thirty (30) day return policy on products purchased through our website. If the product sold does not meet sale’s description or is damaged during shipping,the customer can return the product, see our terms and conditions. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  •  Upon receipt of items, it is the responsibility of the customer to promptly inspect items and ensure that the products and their quality match the description in the invoice. Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the product delivered date by emailing us at cs@supernovatch.com 
  •  Return requests submitted past thirty (30) days of items delivered date may be accepted in our sole discretion. No items will be accepted without a prior written authorization
  • Returned items will go under a verification process to ensure the item’s condition is not different from what was shipped. Altered items might be rejected for return.  
  • A full return will be issued if items were defective due to shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Verified return merchandise will be issued a full return or credit within ten (10) business days depending on the customer’s preference.

 

Trust is the core value of our business relationship with customers. We are committed to help customers with issues that may arise and are not addressed in our policies. Issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

As part of our Environmental Management system and the Life-Cycle Perspective we offer a 100% free take back program for all electronics sold to customers. We encourage all customers to recycle and/or properly dispose of their electronics when they are obsolete. If you have obsolete equipment that needs a new home, send us an email at cs@supernovatch.com
